Ken Faulkner is an experienced horseman and trainer from Australia. He teaches methods to allow a horse and rider to build a connection both in the saddle and on the ground. By using communication in this way, Ken looks to harness the biomechanics of the horse for any discipline. As our Patron, Ken is always happy to see the Hoofbeats Team at his clinic held once a year in Devon, and we are very grateful for all he teaches us.
Heather Seems is a fantastic supporter of our work and often her expert opinion can be vital in rehabilitating some of our more mentally challenged horses. Heather introduced us to Ken and teaches his methods through her 'Horsemanship Journey'. We thoroughly recommend her work.
We are honoured to have been chosen by Sarah Dawe as one of her company's chosen charities. The Goodbye Flys products have proven to be an invaluable addition to our grooming kit, especially when treating sweet itch, and we are very excited to be sponsored by such a great company.
Best known for being the front man of band Mad Dog Mcrea, Mike is also an animal lover and our local pub landlord! We are really excited to have Mike on board and we are looking forward to using his knowledge of events to help us with our own fundraising activites.
We are always on the look out for new supporters. If you'd like to find out more about how you can help us, please get in touch. You don't have to be a 'horsey' person to get involved!
